Description:
We are starting a beginning meditation class to be held from on Saturdays, from 2-4 p.m. beginning on January 30th, 2010. Classes run for seven weeks until 13 March. Learn basic relaxation and visualization techniques to help you manage stress, improve relationships, enhance mental and physical performance, and better your health. The cost is $99. People who have already taken the class may re-take it for $35. Family discounts available for new students and repeats.

Description:
Learn Reiki 1 and 2 from Heike Friesland, 3rd Degree Reiki Master and teacher. You will receive the attunements for the first two levels of Reiki, as well as learn the symbols for this ancient mode of healing using hands-on touch to strengthen energy on the physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual planes. Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Force Energy, referring to the life force that animates all of us. Benefits of a Reiki treatment range from reduction of stress to quantum healing, including recovery from acute and chronic conditions. It is often used as an adjunct to medical treatment to gain relief from the trauma of illness and to accelerate healing.
